A rainbow greeted us outside our gorgeous patio view of rolling hills and horses grazing in the fields. It is a beautiful place to stay with plenty of peace and quiet.

Great stay for a family visiting Letchworth!

“It was awesome. The best hotel ever. It was perfect.” - my 7 and 5 year old’s review We loved our stay. The rooms were very clean and updated. The views out the back door were spectacular. We loved all the animals and the proximity to Letchworth State Park was wonderful!

The place was amazing, tastefuly decorated,comfortable quality furnishings, outstanding view. Free range chickens, friendly dog & barn kitty visits. What fun to share my morning coffee with 2 adorable mini goats. We absolutely loved this place and it's a short drive to the beautiful Letchworth State Park.

We will definitely be returning! The property was beautiful, the amenities were clean, and the fridge was even stocked with farm fresh eggs. Where else can you sit on a back patio and have your coffee while watching horses graze and be greeted by the farm goats and dogs? This is a gem and the hosts are kind and just as attentive as you need them to be. One of the best places we have stayed in a long time!

This farm-style decorated cottage was wonderful! It was clean and cozy with a full kitchen. It was fun watching the antics of the roaming goats and chickens on the farm. The owners even put fresh eggs in your fridge! Wonderful experience!

Wow! I need more stars. This cottage was beautifully appointed, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring Letchworth State Park. Loved the stunning view of hills and horses. Loved the fresh eggs in the fridge. Comfy bed and strong wifi, too!

Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.

Peaceful and great location

Location was perfect for our visit - very short drive to Letchworth State Park, good restaurants and other spots for sightseeing and hiking. The Cabin Suite was perfect in every aspect and exceeded our expectations. The hosts, Jessica & Ryan, provided excellent service and made our stay a wonderful experience - hard to go wrong in our book when you have farm fresh eggs every morning for breakfast and horses, goats, chickens and the farm cat & dogs to greet you every morning on your back patio overlooking the pastures and the scenic valley where you can see for miles. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the time we had away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Whenever we are able to get back to the area, we will definitely want to stay here again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet place to stay with a great location, then I highly recommend you check this place out

Perfect

If you’re thinking about staying here…. Do it, it’s perfect, so relaxing, the accommodation is gorgeous and sitting on a morning with a cup of coffee watching the horses, listening to the chickens and then the goats come along to visit. I only wish I had booked a longer stay than two nights

This farm and guesthouse was incredibly beautiful. Everything from the view of our guesthouse , the horses and other animals and the farm itself. My hisband and I hD a wonderful Time. We enjoyed the beauty if the farm. The animals were beautiful and some entertaining. The roosters and the chickens freely wandered and put on quite the shownas they wandered. The two goats came tapping at the door every night. We loved watching them run when it seemed like they were getting in trouble. The farm is close to Letchworth State Park. Very convenient area.
