“The property didn’t have our booking so after 1/2h waiting around not knowing what was happening, they arranged another room somewhere else for us. The other hotel was much cheaper and not as nice so we agreed as long as we had a compensation for the inconvenience and price difference it was fine. The owner agreed to give us free dinner and breakfast. The next day they gave us the bill for both, plus asked us to pay for the new room threatening to call the police (but I had already paid...

“We had an amazing stay! Very family friendly, lovely room, great view and delicious breakfast. Location is perfect, walkable to the town but far enough to be nice and quiet. ”

“Mary and Steve were exceptional hosts and their two children were great as well. They were very accommodating and had a beautiful property to stay on. They very much open up their homes and are willing to share it as much as possible.”

“工作人員服務好，雖然硬件舊了一點，但整體來說性價比高，體驗不錯。提供風筒，電熱水壺，毛巾，番梘，電視，熱水洗澡。 位置於市中心，轉左行10分鐘到郵局，轉右行10分鐘有Pizza Hut超級市場好方便，行20幾分鐘到Gregory lake”

“We had a wonderful stay at Ella Nine Peaks (Araliya Villa & The Club House). The beautiful property, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality made our visit truly memorable. A special thanks to Chef Shashi for his warm welcome, outstanding service, and incredibly delicious food. His kindness and attention to detail were remarkable. Manager Nalin was extremely professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and giving us an excellent tour of the clubhouse. Sarojini was incredibly...

“This hotel has a million dollar view! I traveled in the shoulder season, meaning peace, no other guests next to my room so i enjoyed my veranda, seeing the most gorgeous sunrises. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, Sampa will make sure you have a tuk tuk to get you to the town, delicious breakfast and so much kindness. Just keep in minf, if you are planning to party in Ella street bars this jotel is not convenient since it is up in the mountains, 2 km away from the town centre, no...

“We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. ”

“my parents advised it was very clean, new just like the photos. the staff was warm and welcoming. they mentioned the food was great too.. would recommend to families looking for clean reasonably priced overnight accomodation.”
