The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. “The hotel is in a great location. I came down for the great north run and it had great options for food in the immediate vicinity. Where i parked was only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is lovely. Lobby area is beautiful and i found the rooms comfortable and not too hot. “We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. The location was also great with a short tram or 20min walk into town.

“Have stayed in this hotel dozens of times. It may not be fancy but it does everything you need. Would recommend if you need a good hotel in the centre of Newcastle and you are paying from your own pocket.”
“The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro.
