"This is a great hotel right in the centre of a lovely town. We were greeted by really friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. Our room was bright and clean, with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was a reasonable size, with a great shower. Although there were no cooked breakfasts available, which was fine by me, the continental breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as excellent value for money. "

"We stayed in room 206 as it is an old property creaking floor boards late at night and early morning kept us awake. Also the fire doors on each room were constantly slamming closed, if only guests could keep hold of the door and close it quietly using a bit of common sense would ensure that other guests could get a good nights sleep. "Rooms are tiny and so are the beds we struggle in the room and hardly slept all night, good thing is the location but that’s all. They didn’t even have a bar in the hotel."
