“turned me away with a reservation nasty people very rude”

“Ten years ago, Extended Stay America was a very decent place for an extended stay. I knew better than to book this room, but I had been driving all day, and I just wanted a place to tune in to watch my college football team play. I thought, "How bad can it be?" The lobby was not well kept up but I had already make my reservation online, so I was stuck. Hallway to my room was filthy.

“Jessica at check in was extremely professional and helpful! Overall good stay.”

“The room was clean. Bed comfortable. The elevator was down for 2 1/2 days. It was brutal going up & down 2 flights with major knee problems.”

“Convenient location to our event. Property is well kept and the staff were very accommodating. Clean room with comfortable beds.”

“Would like for them to offer breakfast”

“This is an older mom and pop motel – very basic and I had a twin bed l as my choice of rooms. I had a TV that was probably a 24-30 inch LED, but suitable for what I was viewing, and also I thought more than adequate considering I paid $48 total for a one night stay. I was there to break up a long drive, and the room was exactly as I needed. Many choices of restaurants within a mile or two. I will return, as I have several times before.”
