The orange umbrella service made it impossible to be in the front row of the beach. We would wake up early and they still put out 10 or money set ups in the front row

Place was old, worn looking, and a general disappointment. Pictures on web site are deceiving. We actually checked out after one night and went to another hotel at a loss (early checkout is not refundable). Elevator in the four story parking structure was broken. Carts not available for self service but you have to wait for bell service. Many scuff marks on walls/doors. Obviously just painted (but poorly). Need serious improvement on how to detail clean/maintain; made us really appreciate the attention to detail that other place put into their facility. Amenities in the room were lacking simple things like no ice machine in hallway AND no ice tray in room frig. Coffee in room but no cream/sugar. Simply not worth the cost. Too many other places to stay of much better quality. Disappointing from the moment we walked in the front door and it just got worse with each expectation of having a nice comfortable weekend vacation. First time I ever had to check out of a hotel early because of the web vs reality condition of the facility. One good comment: Microwave was one of the best I have seen in a hotel.

Front Desk eas rude and short , Bell.Boy acted as if he didnt wanna answer my questions or help with bags.. Both not very knowledgeable of the property or surrounding area.. I witness these same employees offer more help and information to a differnt customer.. Property is great service for me and another couple BLAQK during that weekend i know wasnt all to well they complained of dirty rooms and difficulty gettong a refund amd switched.. Thankfully that wasnt my experience.. To add on to my issues had it not been for the customer service 5 star expereince for the price.

Room was exactly what we thought it would be. Big and nice pool view. Once we arrived I ask for a brochure for the amenities that were here at this property or for even a map they stated that they didn’t have one. That was weird to me. The hallways are a lil outdated and the parking garage elevator was super slow. Great location to strip for food and entertainment. Nice size pool area and easy access to the beach
