“Very clean rooms and very good service”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms and property was clean. Pool was great.”

“It was very nice. The staff was nice. I felt safe.”

“직원들이 친절하고 조식도 맛있었습니다.”

“Overall the property grounds were actually cleaner than our room. The bed had hair on it, the side of the toilet was not cleaned. The drapes were beyond dusty and the corner of the room had spider webs formed. I cut our stay short due to these things and slept in my clothes because I was so uncomfortable. On top of all this I came home sick. Either the dusty room or the buffet style breakfast with everyone touching everything got me sick.”

“When went to checkout had to wait about 10 minutes while guy was on fun, then never appoligied when done. Otherwise all was OK”

“My rental car was stolen out of the parking lot this is not the hotel's problem but apparently there was another rental car stolen the same week. Phoenix police need to probably be more on top of this but other than that they were very helpful.”
