"We had a great time at the Anchorage on Long Sands Beach in York Maine. My Wife and I stayed for 2 days midweek for her birthday. Not sure that we would go back in season because it would be busier and louder then."

Every one was professional and went out of there way to make you feel at home. Special shout out to James and his breakfast buffet. Wish I had gotten every one’s name because this group of staff is the blue print that corporate should use for all its Inns. John and Judie Halbach. PS almost booked another night just to extend our stay."

It has a very quaint atmosphere, rooms are big and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly. Continental breakfast had a surprising amount of variety for the space. Everything we tried was very good.
