โAn absolutely lovely hotel. Great breakfast, wonderful, comfortable chairs by the pool, good access to the property from all sides.
My only complaint: they don't put the Air Conditioner on in the lobby. Or didn't when I was there.
But 100% 5 star, top notch stay. โ
โPlace was great inside, very clean and comfortable. Opening the front door was a pain with old style lock that needs the magic touch. Location is a bit out of the way due to being on a long dead end.โ
โThe hostel and pool surrounded by gardens are so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. But the room is a little wet when it rains, and there are many bugs in the room.โ
โUnable to open door as Whatโs app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldnโt work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. โ
โThe check in instructions were not clear. No additional information provided such as a local number. No way to contact anyone. I was locked out. I will never rent from them again. Why they don't just offer a phone number to contact is beyond me.โ

โThis place is fabulous - we donโt have one complaint!! The staff are so pleasant and helpful - from checkin to room service. Thank you to Tene in the breakfast area - she is an absolute sweetheart. The Villa feels like your own home. All guests were so respectful. The pool/grounds are quaint - so relaxing. Perfect location for walking to see sites, shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved Cascais and our stay. I highly recommend! Nina L - Canadaโ
