We have always loved this brand of hotels. But this hotel needs some love. Our couch was broken, toilet paper holder broken. And several more things. The carpet was pretty stained too. An outside seating area would be a great addition too.

The facility was a normal good Embassy Suites. I’ve stayed at some ES that I am dumbfounded that they are allowed to be called ES. The only contention I have is that even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I could get a better deal at other websites. When I brought up this issue at check in, the Hilton Honors members don’t get a price match anymore. How can that be? How can Hilton not match an outside company making reservations at their hotel? I was kinda blown off.
