โThis is an excellent New England Inn. Rooms are modern and lovely. Much more character than the chain hotels that are in and around Boston.
Business dinner last night at the restaurant was outstanding as was breakfast this morning.
The only negative Travelers should be aware of is there are no desks in most of the rooms. I had no problem using my laptop in the breakfast room.โ
โLovely Hotel but a little out of the way for Shops and Dining options. There is a very good supermarket nearby if you want to go the self catering option. we stayed in the Archers Den room and had a full kitchen, separate bedroom and sitting room. Shower were massive, Beds were great, had comfortable nights sleep, the room was bigger than we expected.
Downs sides:
The only issue we had was the AC kept coming on by itself even after we had turned it off. Maintenance looked at it but it didn't fix...
โThe hotel is small-scale but very cosy and well-managed. The staff was so friendly and willing to help that we had such a nice stay. Getting around Boston and the nearby towns is convenient, if you drive or use the subway connections. We could enjoy coffee and cookies they provide in the lobby. โ
โMy daughter and I had a one night stay at Ginko House and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful, well maintained old house in a quiet and convenient location. Excellent service from Nancy and Sophia. I hope to return โ
โQuaint little boutique hotel. Rooms are small but has everything you need. Beds are comfy! Walkable and right across the subway station. Very convenient!โ
