โThis is a lovely Inn that is as charming as its setting. An unexpected pleasure was the delicious food. I loved that you pick your breakfast time and food choice the day before. My only regret was not staying long enough to have each of the breakfast offerings. An added delight was dinner at the Inn. Definitely a 5 star experience. We ate there two nights - each meal choice was superb. Service matched the taste. An overall delightful experience, well worth the cost. I'm still dreaming about...
โSouth Shire is a beautiful place filled with history and character. The staff were wonderful; kind and attentive. They were welcoming to us and our pup throughout the stay. We were very happy with the quality of the mattress and linens as well as the ac being nice and cold on a very hot day (not always things you find in an older bed and breakfast.) We would absolutely stay here again. โ

โExcellent motel. Very convenient for visiting museums in the area. The breakfast was incredibleโฆtons of organic fruit, yogurt, cereal, healthy breads with toppings including peanut butter. Owners were kind and helpful. They even encouraged us to take fruit for the road. The only negative was that the pool was not open.โ
