“A cost effective hotel in the best part of Antigua for food and entertainment. Clean, good air conditioning and close to the action. ”

“I don’t recommend this facility. It needs updating and the bathtooms were dirty and not enough washclothes. Definitely will not return. ”

“The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the airport and the city center. The staff and the owners are extremely kind and accommodating. The room is very spacious and clean, and at night you can only hear the sound of the sea waves. The hotel's restaurant is a must-try. The lobster fettuccine and the pizza are exceptional.”

“Good in many respects but our timing was bad. Apparently spring is the time when sargassum weeds move in. The beach at the property (and anywhere on the north and east side of whole island was unusable). They clean things up but it takes a few days and we never even got to walk on the beach. Housekeeping could be more prompt (they tried to make it up after I complained). Property in general was good but for the price paid I am not sure it is best value.”

“Great beach and location! Staff was friendly and accommodating. After seeing several reviews that weren’t great, I was worried. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed. Food was a little boring after several days but we ate out a few times, so it didn’t bother us. The beach was great, calm waves. 2 pools! No entertainment to speak of, which we were disappointed about but there are a few places within walking or driving distance that we found that had music at night. ”

“Old, shabby, in the middle of a building site, only 1 light in any room. all ceiling vans not working. TV not working. Had to ask for a room key as one was not provided at check-in.”

“This is an affordable, comfortable option for a stay near English and Falmouth Harbors in Antigua. It works best for people who have other connections on the island like the Sailing Regatta. It is not a destination itself with the amenities of a resort.”
