"The staff were very helpful and we only had coffee for breakfast. We really enjoyed the spa facilities in the partnered hotel. Which is where we really wanted to stay but there was no room when we booked."

"We checked in and then went to our room and there was water dripping from the floor above. The closet shelves were covered in water. I went to complain and they did assign us a new room. It smelled musty. The next day I saw evidence of water damage down the hall from our room…wet carpeting in the hallway outside the room."

"The hotel itself was excellent and clean. Unfortunately there was no hand towels and due to a lot of students that time we stayed, it was very loud, noisy, banging of doors and even knocking to our room. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They don’t charge for leaving your luggage even you haven’t check in and no charge too even you check out. The room is spacious but there was only one chair."

"Really great property, in a perfect location. It was very much under construction when we went, with only one elevator in service, so that wasn’t ideal. I also felt like my room wasn’t perfectly clean. We found a few hairs. Staff was great to hold our bags before we could check in and after we checked out so we could still play in the city unhindered by our bags."
