"Beautiful hotel, only complaint was the air conditioner was not working correctly and after opening the windows the street noise was way too loud. Staff gave complimentary parking but not a restful night."

"The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. However, the air conditioning did not work well (during a heat wave...) and was central (we could not control the temperature ourselves). Be careful to close the shower door completely or you end up with a lovely puddle in the bathroom ;) We opted not to get the breakfast and instead grabbed a sandwich at the nearby bakery for less than half the price. The parking garage made for easy access but was an extra 19 euros per day. Well located for a short walk to central station and easy access to public transit."

"We moved from another hotel to this hotel during the heatwave. Zandra took her time to show us the room before we made a definite decision to stay. She explained everything to us. Herself and every other staff member we met were extremely helpful and welcoming. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. It was great to have access to the swimming pool. Also this hotel is right in the centre of everything. Excellent overall. Highly recommend."

"The staff was friendly and attentive. We frequented the bar several times and the drinks and food were excellent. The hotel is renovating the kitchen which was under our room. The work awakened us at 7:30 each morning which was startling. I wrote to the manager who wrote a nice note of apology and gave us an afternoon treat and two drink vouchers. Is it weren't for the construction noise, the stay woukd have been excellent."

"I looked for a hotel with air conditioning and parking during the heat wave. This hotel provided that + it is very close to the city center. Room was spacious and clean. They also have complimentary coffee at the restaurant even if you do not book breakfast. It was perfect for my weekend stay in Bonn!"
