"The staff was so kind and welcoming when I checked in, and when I checked out. The room was immaculately clean, and was set up really cute. There was a free complimentary breakfast, a keurig in my room, and plenty of toiletries to use as well. My only problems were, that someone was put on top of me, when more than half of the hotel was vacant. It wouldn't have been a problem. Except the guy above me would not stop jumping up and down in place all night long. Every time he walked it sounded like the floor was going to fall through the ceiling, making it hard for me to sleep. The beds were also not the comfiest, but I'm pretty picky when it comes to my beds as I have a spinal deformity which causes severe pain in my back. It wasn't the worst mattress ever, and I would definitely stay here again in the near future. "

"Our stay was delightful in every way until 2:14 AM when the room telephone began ringing , alarming us significantly. It was a robo-call from Hampton Inn with an advertisement.. If we stay there again, I will unplug the phone before bed! I am dissatisfied. $209 for a bad night’s sleep was a steep price!"

"I reserved a suite at Days Inn on January 4 for March 14. On the morning of my arrival, the hotel called and said the suite was no longer available and offered a regular room with only a $25 refund. We were already driving from Vancouver, Canada, so canceling was not really an option. When we arrived, the front desk said they had started renovations a week earlier, so it’s very unprofessional to inform a guest only on the day of arrival. Also, the room was very noisy, with constant noise from the second floor above us. Very disappointing experience"

"We have been staying at this hotel for the last couple of years as our daughter goes to college in town. This hotel is always clean but starting to show some wear. A little bit of rust in the bathtubs, grout starting to come out around the tiles in the bathroom, carpet looking worn down, etc... This time, there was a huge cobweb hanging down in the middle of the room, the tub took forever to drain, and the toilet was really hard to flush. Just doesn’t give you a comfortable feeling of extra cleanliness and care. So, while the beds were still clean, and the staff, as always, very nice, we might start looking elsewhere."
