"The home looks just as it does in the photos. It’s very cute in an eclectic ski cabin-type of way. We arrived at night so we didn’t see the peek-a-boo view of the lake until morning. It made me wish we had an extra day to explore more of our surroundings. My pre-teen daughter and her friend enjoyed the loft area and had it to themselves. There was plenty of space, and the fact that each room had its own temperature controls allowed everyone to sleep at a temperature that suited them."

The staff was hepful and willing to come take a look at 11pm as to why the AC wasn’t working, But still wasn’t fixed, had to call service person again in the morning and get temporary got it working. The bunk lights weren’t there at all and the service guy who came to look at the AC kindly said he had the bunk lights ordered come and could fix it. The initial room given had wet carpet and we ended up with a different room with all the above issues. The front desk at checkout were polite hearing about the issues but had no record of rhe issues/temporary fixes provided. Good property, helpful polite staff. But having paid for the condo stay and resort fee, expecting a fully functional room is basic!"
