Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

"The rooms were big and comfy, the onsen was also really relaxing. My only concern was there was no ice bath to cool off in but other than that it was very nice. They offer free ice pops as well which was amazing. The massage chairs however were always occupied so we didn't get to use them. The pillows ..."
