The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit.
