"We liked the hotel a lot, beautiful decorations spacious room, comfortable beds, very clean helpful staff. Nice bathroom. A very convenient location just a block away from the train station. A 7eleven almost across from the hotel. Good air conditioning made out stayed wonderful."

"This was our first time staying in an onsen hotel. The property is loaded with amenities: an on-site hot and cold water onsen, a lounge with 24 hours of free drinks, a happy hour with wine included. Our room was gorgeous, with tatami mat floors and comfortable beds they set up. We had a glass wall shower and views of Lake Biwaka. My only criticism is that some of the furnishings seem a bit dated. But everything else was spectacular."

"My family and I stayed at Onyado in kyoto for one night. We had stayed in the osaka location prior and had a pleasant stay overall. This location was a much bigger and busier hotel and a little less clean (the tatami mats in the room were a bit more aged and little more dirty in some spots). otherwise the hallways and common spaces were clean. we appreciated being able to check into our room an hour early as it was ready and also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and onsen. the onsen was spacious and had several different bath options. The location was also central to kyoto station and the kyoto tower. Easy to catch a cab from to/from this location as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking to have a onsen and comfortable and central stay (to the station) while visiting kyoto."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Spacious, Comfortable & Fully Equipped! This was hands down one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Japan. The room was incredibly spacious, especially for Kyoto standards, and the bed and mattress were very high quality – I slept better here than I do at home! The amenities were outstanding and fully stocked: razor, Q-tips, wash cloth, hair brush, toothbrush with toothpaste, moisturizer, facial soap, lotion, plus the usual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You don’t need to bring a thing – they’ve thought of everything. The location was also a huge plus – just a short walk to the train station and right near a 7-Eleven, which was super convenient. Another highlight was the onsen onsite – it’s clean, relaxing, and has separate sections for men and women. Everything is provided, making it a true spa-like experience. And finally, the Japanese buffet was absolutely delicious! Great variety, fresh ingredients, and full of authentic flavors. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. I would absolutely stay here again! "
