"This was our favorite hotel of our stay. Black out curtains were the best we had ever seen. Hotel was clean, very upscale and we loved everything about it. Would highly recommend it. "

"Friendly staff, very close to subway, close to attractions and restaurants, but still a very quiet area. Also, very clean hotel overall. My only suggestion for improvement would be more clothing storage, I could have used some drawers or more hangers etc."

"Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Hotel offers free shuttle from and to hotel to train station every 20 minutes which makes it extremely convenient for public transportation. Our room has 3 beds and it is a good room size. They also offer two breakfast options: Japanese breakfast meal set of American breakfast buffet. I personally don’t think it is the best breakfast either option but if you like not to worry about looking for breakfast places, it is the way to go. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kyoto. "
