"The room was not like the pictures. Bathroom was not good, had to bend over to use the shower and no counter space at the sink at all and no toilet lid with the toilet constantly running. The AC did not cool the room well at all and the staff were dismissive. Disappointing. "

The location is hard to beat, right near Kawaramachi and within walking distance to Gion, Nishiki Market, and tons of great খাব and shopping spots. It made exploring Kyoto incredibly convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Japan. The bed was super comfortable, and the little details—like the high-quality toiletries and thoughtful layout—made a big difference after long days of walking around the city. Service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The hotel itself has a stylish, relaxed vibe, and everything felt well-maintained and high-end without being over-the-top. Overall, Cross Hotel Kyoto is a perfect mix of comfort, location, and service. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Theres a little station with free tea and toiletries. Very pleased with my stay here. I was just unaware of the JPY800 extra charge when I arrived. But all in all it was still quite affordable on a budget."

"Aquí lo tienes corregido y fluido, manteniendo tu estilo: ⸻ This place is great. It might be on the expensive side, and there are plenty of options in Kyoto, but it was worth it. The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. There are also convenience stores and a metro station on site, so it’s very handy. The staff is fantastic — thank you all.
