"The Franca staff was very helpful and wonderful since we arrived very early in the day. They were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was very Continental. They have complimentary coffee all day long. We did not use the swimming pool but it did look nice. The only comment my husband has is that the remote control was not user friendly, as we had a hard time finding local channels. We love to stay and would stay there again. 😄"
