“The hotel was great. We had a good time. It was me and my kids and grandkids. I would work on the kitchen cook staff. We had food that was either overcooked or undercooked or too salty every meal. I come frequently and that’s been consistent. I’d like to see the quality of the food go up other than that it’s fun. It’s a great local staycation.”

“We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night.”

“I loved the day staff named Olivia, she’s so considerate and easy to dealt with. About the room, we had a toilet clogged, when we report to the evening staff on our first night there, she said that she calls someone to fixed it, but no one coming, so when we got back to her, she gave us a plunger, so we’re the one to unclogged it so we can use the washroom and bath tub w/c also clogged when we took a shower. Good that next day, during Olivia’s work shift she fixed everything with the maintenance...

“Very nice and clean accommodations. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. The pool was beautiful, though we personally prefer an indoor pool to protect from sun and other weather. We were surprised at the barking dog noise in the room next to us and assume that animals are allowed to be left alone. There is a need for this for those who travel. We were just surprised. Staff was very pleasant.”
