"Very disgusting, The maids actually made the room dirtier and left bathroom trash on my toothbrush. They took a towel off the ground and put it back on the bathroom shelf TWICE! The walls and doors are covered in blood and who knows what else spatter and the blanket, sheets pillow and bed all smelled musty and looked dirty. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again."

"Room smelled so bad they had to move me. Next room had to have humidifier bought up. Have problem with breathing. Day of wedding the hot water in tub wouldn’t turn off. Maintance said had to shut down whole building to fix. So we had to keep bathroom door shut cause room became a sauna. Ran humidifier all night. Don’t know why they didn’t move us."

"We travel in family , We stayed for one night, and everything was ready when we arrived: clean rooms, parking available right in front of the room, and everything in good working order. The beach was very close—an excellent spot—though we would have enjoyed it more if not for the sargassum on the beach."
