O chuveiro de ambos os quartos não funcionava corretamente, oferecendo apenas duas opções: frio e congelado. Além disso, em um dos quartos o ralo do box permaneceu entupido durante toda a estadia, mesmo após diversas solicitações feitas à recepção, que não tomou nenhuma providência. Somado a isso, o hotel sequer oferece café da manhã incluso, o que não condiz com o valor...
