The unit was really nice and clean. The only drawback was that over the 7 days that we stayed we saw and killed 3 cockroaches.

Not as nice as Margaritaville Resort, but was fine for what you get. Property is nice to walk around, pool area was cool. Upstairs bathroom curtain was moldy and some of the windows/moldings around the unit was dusty/needing some cleaning. Carpet in the dining room was frustrating having to clean with small kids, would’ve preferred no carpet. King bed was very comfy, kids rooms as well. Overall a fine experience, not a 5 star resort but also not terrible.

Room and amenities Not worth the money we paid, the upkeep is POOR • 3 rolls of TP in whole place • 1/2 roll of paper towel • 1 trash bag • No dish soap • No laundry supplies • No pans for the oven • Missing drawer from fridge • Missing glass shelf from fridge • Master sink drains super slow • Upstairs sink outside of bathroom drain popper broken doesn’t work • Dresser and nightstand in master have broken drawers • Blinds in master bedroom broken couldn’t raise them up • Kitchen table glass not secured to table legs • Master bedroom fan super wobbly

Gayed property and family friendly. 3 bedrooms with 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs, which was nice. Plenty of space to move about. I had a few issues upon arrival including the kitchen sink being clogged but it was resolved pretty quickly. I did have a mold on the shower curtains and some of the bed linen. There was also a bad smell coming from the dishwasher

Firstly, this may not be the same for every villa here, but our experience is as follows. Two table chairs were loose, so when you sat on them, they nearly split in half, and the main sofa was broken, so when you sat on it, you were nearlly sitting on the floor. Now, the owner did get someone round to fix these, however they turned up at 21:30, and didn't leave until nearly 23:00 at night. He was to busy talking on his phone. Trying to get a 4 year old to sleep while there is drilling and banging is a hard task. He ended up taking away a chair to fix, and i was told I'd have it back the next day, so we could all sit up to the table for family meals. This never happened, and after continuous messages to the owner, i was completely ignored. The main remote for the tv is sticky, the buttons don't work, the ceeling fans upstairs were loose and would rattle and squeak when on even the lowest setting. It may be good to offer a welcome folder, with instructions etc gor things and local amenities like most places do, but nothing in place. Loads of marks on kitchen sides from previous visits. The jacuzzi bath, now this didn't work, then when it finally did, we had to run it 5 times with clean water, as it has never been cleaned, and would result in little bits of black slime coming into bath water, which was very off putting. No communication from owner on this whatsoever. Mould around bath and floor in the main bathroom downstairs. Bar never open near pool (not owner)
