This resort was perfect for my daughter's wedding party. The condos are very spacious and comfortable. It was right down the street from our venue that made it very convenient. I was a bit upset that all of the garbage was stored in a room right outside of our room and we had to smell it all week. Other than that we loved Siena!!!

Reserves ONE unit for 5 people. Arrived and had been charged for TWO rooms. Obviously a mistake. The hotel wanted to adjust it but couldn’t. They said the adjustment had to go through. They tried to find a way to reach hotels.com but like me, had no success. Money down the drain. I would like to be compensated but they said your company is unlikely to do so. They said they would’ve because it was obviously a mistake.

Rooms wonderful, check-in/out experience lacking

The property is nice, but our initial impression was not great. There is no obvious front door/lobby, and when we found it, there is no reception. We had to track down some cleaning staff who said that "somebody will be in the office soon". We waited 25 minutes and nobody arrived. We came back several hours later and there was somebody in their office (note: not a reception desk) and even though they saw us enter, they appeared that they could not be bothered with helping us. We had to interrupt her so that she could get us the keys. The rooms were something different - very large and comfortable! It felt like a home away from home. Only two small complaints: the sheets were scratchy and it wasn't possible to change the A/C temperature, and it got a little too hot at night. With our negative experience at check-in, I didn't venture to find out how responsive hospitality staff would be to fix either of those issues. Check-out was the same experience - nobody in an office, so I just handed the keys over to cleaning staff. Overall, I was impressed by the rooms but the check-in/out experiences would make me question whether I would go back.
