This is a no frills accommodation. The check in process was simple enough-we had to scan the QR code/call a phone number when we arrive and we were greeted within a few minutes by the receptionist. She got a squared away and gave us the room access code and Wi-Fi information. There was ample parking and our room was clean enough. It could have used some sprucing up, but for the most part was very much doable. The beds were comfortable hygiene products/towels and bed linens were provided. The beds were comfortable. This location appeared to combination of people staying for an extended stay and people just passing through overall good value for the money paid.

The lady at the front desk was very ride. The hall going to the room smelled horrible of smoke, very out dated. Trash on the ground, we ended up not staying and going somewhere else. Did not feel safe at all.

Pretty good for a few days. Staff super nice. Room looked clean but floor was dirty, noticed with my socks. Shower water didnt get as hot and didnt have great pressure. Lots of parking, great amenities, restaurant at walking distance. Supermarket a few minutes away with car. Highway extremely close, very good to get to other places. Would definitely stay again

Hotel of Last Resort!

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. The staff of 3, was very kind but overworked!! Took over an hour ro check in. Front desk staff was helping clean rooms. Get to the room, roof was leaking and chunks of plaster were falling off. Staff came and cleaned floor and set up buckets! This place is seriously in need of a remodeling and new management. The staff was very kind.

Quick and easy check-in. Received excellent service. I was in a newly remodeled room so the decor was nice and everything was clean. The only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the deadbolt lock did not work. The lady quickly responded to the toilet issue and found that it was clogged. She fixed the toilet and our stay was great. Thank you.

The room we paid for wasn’t what we got. We were told that the ones on Hotels.com are the upgraded rooms. We would have to pay $20 more a night. The walls are thin and I heard the neighbors. I didn’t sleep well. Location was good , close to our job.

Great prices but not worth it!

The hotel needs remodeling, rooms are not updated and eco friendly. Very old and not clean. Pillows, shower drapes, paint, furniture are old. Rooms are loud and the outdoors especially hallways are not maintained at all. Counter service not as expected since they are not there most of the time and they expected to multitask but the virtual agents are nice and helpful.

We checked in very late night/early am and the women was very friendly and accommodating :). Unfortunately the air conditioners in both rooms were not running well enough to cool the rooms below 75 :/ The box springs were stained and showing ?? The baseboards/area around the room had obviously not been cleaned in a while!

We will not stay here again… room key didn’t work and when I drove back to the front desk to get it fixed no one was there. Had to wait about 15 minutes. Once we got in the room we found there was no trash can or bags, only one wash cloth, and the heater made a weird squeaky sound. With luggage and a dog, we didn’t want the hassle of driving back to the front desk to hope to find someone there to change rooms. It’s more of a place to live and bring your own things than stay overnight with kids or a pet. The beds were comfortable. The bath towels left white fuzz all over us. I suppose the cheap price should have told me something.

The only great thing was Gisele the front desk lady. Very nice and tried her best to make my stay okay since no refunds. The picture from hotel.com arr not accurate at all, tv was broken and hanging all rooms had a mold smell which had me get out room multiple times to breathe. The whole hotel was like a broke down halfway house very sketchy. This is not a hotel at all, whats crazy i did upgrade and there was no upgrades at all didnt even have a table to work on. Did not feel safe at all, i litterally used room for showers and left after. I travel alot all kver and will nevwr recommend anyone here. Thia should be taken down from all sights that have this like a hotel.

Need more Staff and Management.

First at arrival, no one at the front desk. Waited 15 and started looking for front desk or any employee with no luck after 15 min. Found out that there’s only one employee to do the work at front desk, maintenance and solve any other issues. Not fair for the poor employee, which it was great young men. Late At night there were kids playing in the hallway, screaming knocking on doors, walls, etc.. It was a desastre. Location was good.

Two Night Stay

Went for two nights, checked in late but I selected to pay on site but because I was late checking in they ran the card that was on file instead of allowing me to pay on site. Didn’t like that too much, when I called the hotel they told me to call the website instead and that didn’t go anywhere. The room is very spacious and the AC was easy to adjust. They only give you a top sheet for the bed so bring an extra blanket if you get chilly. The fridge is an awesome thing to have in the room, but when I got in there the fridge was still open so there was water all over the floor, hence the towel on the floor. I had a couple of visitors: one cockroach and two lizards just hanging around the room. Overall, you get what you pay for honestly. I’m not mad at it, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot, and the towels did what they needed to do.

I did like that the rooms are large. There was no table or chairs to sit at to eat. The 'balcony' is only big enough to stand on, if you're not too large for it. The railing on the balcony was dangerously loose, anchors coming out of the wall. I would call this hotel a 'DIY' hotel. There were so many dead bugs on the floor, beds, towels, and countertop, that I had to drive to a store at nearly midnight to buy a broom and mop to clean. There was a TV in the room, but no cable, or digital TV available, even though it says on their website 'expanded cable TV'. The customer service through the texting was generally good. When the toilet needed to be plugged, they didn't have anybody for maintenance. They sent me to the office to get plunger and do it myself. They did have a security person on site, which I had to call. The room nextdoor was playing music excessively loud at almost 1am that was using vulgar language ever other word. I had my minor child with me. I texted the hotel customer service, they sent the security person and I didn't have another problem with it.
