Lo que me gusto fue el area donde se encuentra la villa. Lo malo es que la villa no estaba limpia en su totalidad. Había presencia de cucarachas. Se encontraron pertenencias personal y basura de tras de mesa y en el piso. El área de la lavandería no está limpia en su totalidad. La estufa y horno estaba sucio. Se llamó a recepción y todo se realiza por teléfono para solicitar servicio. Se solicitó dos veces para poder solucionar la situación. Todo por teléfono o por mensaje. No contestaron los mismo con prontitud. A la tercera vez fue que enviaron un mensaje. La relación entre el personal o servicio es nula. Se solicitó servicio de limpieza a la villa e informaron que se realiza a la salida o al finalizar el terminó, no durante la estadía.

I had a minor issue and they came asap to fix it . That was the only hiccup I had . The property is very clean and the staff were helpful .

Our unit was super dirty, layers of dust, spiderwebs throughout, and dirty floors and carpet that had our socks black. The air conditioner didn't work well, which made it difficult to sleep, especially in the rooms without fans. Maintenance was called for the ac but nothing was fixed. The oven took over an hour to preheat which sucked as we were unable to bake and be out of the house by a certain time. Maintenance showed up 2 hours later about the oven. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows stuffing were all separated inside their casings. The utensils were rusty and old, along with downstairs bathtub and other things. Overall we did not enjoy our stay and will not be returning.

Pool area is super cute and dope. wifi worked well. Didn't use the gym but looked good. Our rental was clean, just needed some wiping around frames, lamps and behind the tvs. They had a lot if dust build up on them.

Everything is dated. Circa 1970s, 80s Miami Vice. The room had roaches, toaster had hair on it. There was a random earplug in one of the rooms by the TV. The bathtub anti-slip patches were peeling it was just overall unclean. I checked out 2 days earlier because it was repulsive. I give it a one star because the staff who don't work for the property owners, were very friendly and helpful. Renters beware

If you are simply looking for space, the place has that. Unfortunately that’s it for the positives. 8/10 games in the arcade didn’t work, just took your money. The restaurant and ice cream place were never open. Upon walking into the unit we were greeted by a cockroach. There were tiny ants everywhere, even with all of our stuff in ziplocks. Bathtubs were so gross we bought our own cleaning supplies to clean. One of the showers didn’t work, the other two had about as much water pressure as the spitting dolphin statues up the road. Blankets were sheets, towels were super rough. All 3 bathrooms had random hair everywhere. Lazy river requires a tube but they didn’t provide them unless you bought them. They offered “pool” towels but those were smaller than the bath towels. Two of the front desk ladies were super sweet, the other was super rude. When I asked if our room was ready she responded with “well you should know that?” Daughter slipped on the pool slide and the life guard yelled at her and threatened to kick her out. Several floor boards coming up. All and all just a really disappointing experience. Luckily we didn’t have to spend much time in the room.

All in all I loved my stay there. I went there with my wife, 4 kids and my elderly mother. This is a clear case of you get what you pay for. The house was pretty clean until you looked a little bit closer, for example between the oven and the fridge, the piece of the kitchen cabinet between them was broken and it was absolutely filthy there. The gutters for the sliding doors top and bottom were covered in a thick layer of dust and hair. The carpet in the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor was a bit dirty and smelled a bit strange, which wasnt exactly appealing. All of the cabinets kitchen/bathroom were showing signs of high traffic and ageing. We tried to tidy up while we were there but only having a small broom made things a bit difficult, would have been nice to have a vacuum available for small crumbs etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the host left us a few dishwasher capsules which came in handy, although the the dishwasher didn't do much of washing as it seemed, not sure if it was down to user trouble or if the dishwasher was just bad. Having both a washer and dryer was really handy especially when traveling with kids. The resort was overall really nice and the 3 pools were great, the kids loved having a water slide to play in and it was made to use every day we were there. The staff at the resort was really friendly and mindful. The playroom at the resort was rundown and 70% of the machines were broken.

Tv upstairs did not work Home is very outdated Floor boards and floors cracked and unappealing Furniture dingy and stained Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were awful. I hardly got some good sleep. I had to check out early to stay at another hotel to get a good night sleep

We had a great stay in the 3 bedroom townhome. It was clean, easy to locate and well stocked. The pools, lazy river and slide were great. I liked that the pool staff warned us when threatening weather was coming our way and to exit the pool area. The gym had basic equipment but was clean and easy to access.

I had an outstanding stay at the Villas at Regal Palms! We stayed in a 4-bedroom house that was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was a wonderful touch to find the kitchen and bathrooms already stocked with some essential supplies, which made settling in so much easier. The gated community feels very safe and secure, making it a great environment for a relaxing vacation. Some minor issues were the presence of some tiny sugar ants in the house. I reached out to the management company regarding this, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s worth noting that Regal Palms handles the pool amenities and check-in/out process, while the individual units are often managed by separate companies, so communication can be a bit fragmented. The other issue is that the carpet upstairs is very old and gross looking and can be updated with flooring. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time and would certainly consider staying here again.

I had stayed here before, back in January, and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was very different. The house had several maintenance issues. The washing machine was missing its handle, so I had to use a spoon to open it. I reported it, but no one came to fix it. On top of that, one of the wash cycles malfunctioned and ruined all of my clothes. The refrigerator wasn’t making ice either. Two people came to try to fix it, but after they couldn’t, they just brought us a bag of ice. There were also several other smaller issues with things being dirty, damaged, or in poor condition. The house is quite old and, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to have been well maintained.

I have been staying at Regal Palms since 2014 and have always enjoyed my visits, which is why this experience was so disappointing. For the first three days of our vacation, our villa had no hot water. Maintenance eventually determined that the water heater needed to be replaced and moved us to another villa that was unclean, had bugs, and lacked proper air conditioning. When we complained, we were told our options were to stay in the replacement villa or return to our original villa without hot water. We chose to return to our original villa and were shockingly advised to boil water if we wanted hot water. We were also told there was little they could do because the unit was a timeshare. After losing three days of our vacation dealing with these issues, the water heater was finally replaced. Maintenance problems can happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. After more than 10 years of visiting Regal Palms, this was by far my worst experience.

The house wasn’t that bad but was out-dated and had Moody old bread in the cabinet. Other than that the pool was great my kids really enjoyed it. Also the staff was helpful. Overall not a bad place & FYI everything is 45 mins to a 1 hour away from everything .
