"The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. "No direct entrance to the hotel. We had to walk through the restaurant with all smokers around. The breakfast was horrible. Room service closed after midnight. One small pillow per bed. I had to buy extra one the whole place is full of heavy smokers and waterpipe lovers. Several good things about this hotel. Rooms are big and clean. Close to the forum mall , airport, and central market."
