I enjoyed staying here. The location could not be better for exploring Osaka, and there were plenty of great food options nearby. We were traveling from America and not used to the water heater settings, but the staff was very quick to communicate with us and incredibly helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay! The room is big for Japan standards and has all the kitchen appliances to do light cooking and laundry. We will stay here again if we go back to Osaka. Only thing we didn’t care for is the early check out and no free place to store luggages.

Booked 3 rooms, one had issue w/ AC but the owner immediately transferred us to a different room. The location is far enough to the crazy busy streets but close enough to walk to where you would want to go. Very nice place, clean and it feels safe. I will stay here again.

Great for the price

The hotel is very good for the price. It is within 15 minutes walk to Namba station and very close to the Kuromon market. Although it is next to the highway, I can't hear much noise (at 4th floor). The room is also very clean and tidy. For the kitchen utensils, it will be better if the plates are made from ceramic instead of plastic.

8/10 will definitely recommend for couples/ small friend groups. We stayed for total 10 days. The apartment hotel was quite spacious, definitely much better then most japan hotels in the same price range. Fully equipped with good appliances (washing machine, balcony drying rack, gas stove top, good non stick pots/pans/utensils , small toaster oven, microwave, mid size fridge freezer, kettle, clothes steamer, hangers in a mid size wardrobe with a deodorizer/sanitizer spray) host instructions before arrival and on arrival were clear and prompt. Super informative helpful booklet in apartment with English details on how to use operate everything (lights, heater etc). Area around is residential, loved that there was a big supermarket just 5min away, also 2 family marts. The closest metro/ JR line is 15-20 mins walk away. It's not that ideal but I think quite unavoidable for Osaka in general. Overall we had a great stay, would definitely consider again!

Excellent overall. Sound proofing was a bit of an issue but not much. Clean Instructions was alright. Said it has a key to open the door but couldnt find it and used the key pad to get in and out

가족이 넷이라 호텔가기엔 비용이커서 이용했습니다. 침대3개고 별도 방이 있어서 중학생 딸이 좋아 했고 욕조도 크게 불편하지 않았으나 변기에서 특유의 냄새가 좀 난거 외에는 만족합니다. 넷플릭스도 시청이 가능한 tv였습니다

房間清潔、設備等都很優秀和乾淨，雖離地鐵站有點距離，不過是可接受的範圍，離黑門市場/日本橋地鐵站/難波鬧區超近，是步行可到達的距離。 居住環境屬於住宅區，白天晚上都滿寧靜的。房內很多小細節都感到非常貼心，簡易廚房、連烤箱/微波爐都有，冰箱是雙門，不僅有洗衣機、還準備洗衣粉，讓這趟家庭旅行體驗非常滿足，同時也有小陽台可供晒衣。

들어 갔을때 코너쪽에 먼지와 머리카락이 쌓여 있어 청소기(잘 안되고, 먼지가 가득 들어 있는)로 청소 먼저 했어요. 바닥은 한번도 닦지 않은 듯 뭔가 많이 묻어 있었고, 침대는 먼지가 가득해서 아침에 일어나면 가족 모두 힘들어 했어요. 위치는 시장은 5분 정도 거리였고, 주변은 조용했지만 옆에 큰 외곽도로가 있어 창문은 못 열었어요. 시설은 전체적으로 깨끗했고, 어메너티 다 갖춰 져 있었고, 1인에 1장 주는 얇은(머리 카락 나온) 타올 1장으로 모든 숙박일수를 버텨야합니다. 처음으로 저렴한 숙소에서 보내 봤는데, 이정도 금액이면 이러한걸 감당해야 하는구나 하는 생각에 다시는 저렴한 숙소 안할생각이예요. 메일로 연락 하면 답 빠르게 잘 줬습니다.
