Even after your staff acknowledged the oversight, no effort was made to correct the situation or offer a meaningful solution. What is most concerning is the lack of consideration shown for both myself and my child after these accommodations were not met. This experience fell well below expectations, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the inconvenience only added to the frustration"

"The space is great for families and the beds were comfortable. The screened porch was an added bonus. Our only concerns were other guests. There was an incident while several children were in the pool between two women who were screaming at one another, cursing profusely, and accusing each other of doing drugs in the pool bathroom facility. The quiet hours later that night were definitely not enforced by security, and we were kept up most of the night by loud guests in common area."

"Parking was ok. AC outdated. Doesnt keep room cool. Staff was not respond to requests. Laundry area was dirty!! I had to go to laundromat. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs in the room!! Not a typical Econolodge. Very disappointing."
