“The WiFi router was in someone’s room and they kept unplugging it. The bed was a full, not a queen. No coffee in the room.”

“Treated terribly.”

“My first room did not have the AC turned on. It was already hot but humid too. Another room also didn't have the AC turned on. Third room had AC on and was cold. However, the new room wasn't cleaned well. Trash was on the floor. Long blonde hair on the bathroom counter (I have short black hair). But the thing sent me over was a dying cockroach on the bathroom floor.”

“Check-in staff did not speak English; had to call someone on the phone to check us in. First room had completely wet carpet. Next room was missing any soap/shampoo but staff could not be found at front desk to remedy. Rarely saw any staff on property. Overall needs updating.”
