"Great Hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful. The only problem was that check-in is at 4 pm if you arriver earlier you will have a long wait and perhaps a long queue. I understand rooms might be not but it'd be useful to be able to do the check in anyways at the time of arrival instead of waiting ..."

"The room was a good size for 3 people. Bathroom in this size room also good size. The lobby of the hotel did not have restrooms and had to go up to restaurant in the 40th floor to use it. They would not allow check in before 3 pm, but thankfully we could leave our luggage."
