This is a great option for staying overnight if you have a flight from Oslo airport the next morning or early afternoon. Price reasonable and the breakfast was fabulous. Airport shuttle is run by Vy, not the hotel. You pick it up at the airport and pay on the bus roughly $8 US dollars per person each way. You can purchase a roundtrip ticket.

The hotel is very well located, close to main tourist areas, restaurants, bars and transportation, walkable area, although they are doing construction in the street so everything outside is dirty and some crosswalks are closed but I know this is temporary. The room was really good, nice view, clean, comfortable. I recommend it.

Terrible place . Had a fire alarm in the middle of the night . Noisey, smelly, dirty. Left a night early even thought I had paid up front. Couldn't get out of there fast enough

The confusing lift system needs reorganising and clearer notices. It is a steep climb by slope or steps from the station area, hard for people with limited mobility, other than that good location for several things. Staff very nice and helpful.

This property is located a short walk from the central train station. There were homeless people sleeping nearby and ongoing construction. This is only for informational purposes, as we didnt really mind any of it too much. The room, however, was less than spectacular. The matresses were thin cushions laid over a bedframe. It was definitely not what i would excpect. The espresso machine was out of service and no sign was put up. Instead, we waited in line for several minutes before finding out.

Overall pleased
Easy check in, friendly staff, and close to everything. Room was a little small and the walls are pretty thin, but overall very good for a downtown budget hotel.

Staff were really nice, couldn’t do enough for us. Room was comfortable and clean but the thermometer didn’t work so we were really hot but other than that it was fine. We would most definitely stay again

The Comfort Hotel is an affordable hotel in Oslo. While my room was clean, the front desk was efficient, a septic smell wafted from the toilet. The shower was surprisingly good. Unfortunately, there is a possibility that the hotel is not necessarily designed for tourists. Patrons may be more long term stays? or used by locals to clean up. We chose this hotel because it is nearby to my friends apartment. Ultimately, yes- affordable clean hotel. But, some elements not expected for vacation with family.

Oslo on a budget
Great little reasonably priced hotel in central Oslo. 5 minutes walk from the train station with easy access to the old town, shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with freindly and professional service. Perfect for a short stay

Highly recommend this hotel! Great for walking further into the centre of Oslo and some lovely bars nearby, also felt really safe in daytime and at night (although this was the case around the entirety of Oslo). Can’t fault the staff, they were fantastic! Only issue we had was with the beds - the mattresses are thin so if you move around in your sleep they will move with you. All in all I’d give it 4*/4.5*

The personal was very helpful. I hade forgotten my ID and the women I talked to on the phone helped me out and fixed the issue. She gave us a very nice room and it was just the most amazing view. She hade the best costumer service possible. Hotel was very nice especially for the price. 100% reckons

Unfortunately our experience at this hotel is not at all positive. The hotel rooms, in the older part, face a very loud night club. Not at all conducive for getting a proper sleep, especially when an early morning flight is scheduled and regardless of the windows being shut. The staff were not very friendly and seemed rather put out if a question needed to be addressed. We love the city of Oslo but it was clouded by this very poor experience in lodgings.
