Good customer service my front desk person. The hotel needs proper maintenance. Bathroom in bad condition. Clogged drain in the shower. Shower knob and toilet seat were broken, which was noticed as soon we checked in. The front desk person helped us get into another room, which was smaller compared to what we paid for.
