"My experience from beginning to end with Les Suites was excellent. I had to book in a huge rush as many hotels in the city were fully booked. I encountered staff who were pleasant, friendly and competent. The suite was sylish, contemporary, clean and spacious. I even had a balcony! To top it all off. I was chatting with a staff member in the elevator who asked me what brought me to Ottawa. I let him know that there had been a death in the family. An hour or so later, I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and there was another staff member who gave me a card expressing condolences with a box of Leonidas chocolates! Talk about going above and beyond! I will definitely stay at Les Suites again and will highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Outaouais! Thank you! Merci!"
