“The property was quite unique.. and very close to amenities and attractions. Convenient to all areas.. close to the Princess crystal Mineral rock hounding. The hostess was amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Felt like home away from home. Was a special getaway.. breakfast was delicious. Her lovely dog Luna was amazing .beautiful Lake view on property.. 10 out of 10 .would go back for sure.”

“It was a welcomed stay as both my husband and I really needed a night away to relax. The property is clean enough and I wouldn't be afraid to stay again, but let's say my house after a clean on Saturday is much cleaner. The owner wasn't going out of her way to accommodate but she was kind. The breakfast however is subpar, scrambled eggs with a heated frozen patty (undercooked) and a can of cocktail fruit in a bowl wasn't what I was hoping for in my bed and breakfast. “Forget historic character, this is the most ran down and poorly maintained property I've ever stayed at. It is also unacceptable that Expedia is showing 4 star rating on this. This really diminish Expedia's credibility. I can't believe I've paid $300 for this stay!”

“This place was absolutely wonderful! The building is beautiful with lovely decor. There's a super cute coffee bar, a screened patio, beautiful grounds, and a peaceful space to read and relax by a pond. Our host was great, and we got to enjoy fresh produce from their garden. Highly recommend.”
