"I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Its quiet old , the condition wasn't that well - they had cleaners cleaning every day but it still looked scruffy and untidy due to the age of the property- We stayed there as wanted to save money on accommodation. Staff were very friendly - always smiling and helpful. Beach and other places are like 10-12 mins drive. Easy access to food places and money changers 5 mins walk away. "

"Overall, my experience was okay. The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several times to have glasses on our table cleared."
