Very bad service the room was cold and dirty
The bed was so hard I you feel like sleeping on the ground the water would turn cold in the middle of shower the toilet is leaking

Agréable séjour dans un espace entouré de montagnes et de calme.. des habitations privées séparées et un restaurant authentique avec du contenu local. l'équipe est serviable et conseille sur les activités de la région.
ça peut être parfait en ajoutant un peu plus d'activité.. En général, ça mérite votre passage..

Qui est responsable ? Lorsque nius sommes arrivés à l'hotel, accueil deplorable. Le personnel le dit.." Vous n'avez pas de reservation.. J'ai montré la copie de la confirmation déjà payée.. L'hotelier me dit mais nous sommes complets depuis 1 mois..Mais la veille le site proposait 3 chambre et j'ai sélectionné la plus chere..
Aprés 30 minutes on m'annonce que la confirmation a été retrouvée sur leur Intranet par Expédia...? 20 € de commission pour le site pour une nuit facturée 68 € !
Qui sait qu'Hotel.com et Expédia c'est la méme chose ?
Expédia , je l'ai utilisé lors d'un séjour a Bombay en octobre dernier. J'ai la Carte Accor et via Expédia, vous n'avez pas votre compte credité des points de fidélité car Expédia se les garde à son avantage..!
Pour parler du séjour, l'hotel a fini par nous attribuer un chalet. Propre sans plus.
Pas d'eau chaude, apres avoir laissé l'eau couler plus de 10 mn..
La chambre chauffée avec un petit poele à bois, qui apres 15 mn ne fonctionne plus car, l'hotel ne fourni qu'un tout petit stock de bois.
Plus un chauffage à gaz, qui fonctionnait bien, mais les portes laissaient passer l'air.. Et la température extérieure de 4°..
Le linge de toilette a au moins 10 ans.. La produits de toilette, similaires à ce qu'on trouve dans des 1 ou 2 *..
Cet Etablisselent est pour le reste plutot bien entretenu mais co
nvenable en terme de confort, en plein été..
En conclusion, comme je ne m'adresserais plus à Expédia, je ne contacterais
plus hotel.com !
