"It was a great place to stay in Tagaytay. The staff is so accomodating and their deck is a great place to unwind in the cool nights. I suggest that you get the rooms that has Taal View if you are easily bothered by car souns, coz my room is by road side. Overall, its a great place."

"I booked through you so I dont know what is your agteement with this hotel. As the detsils of my booking was not followed during the stay of my daughters, it should be 2 double bed, thete should be 2 free breakfast, no toiletries provided, not even bottled water. you said that there's no need to call the hotel as my booking was already confirmed. it stated n your site that check in was 24 hours, no consideration was given to my daughters, they have waited in the lobby until 2 pm.
