"We were blown away by the view of Taal volcano and Lake Taal from our room, while dining on the restaurant’s patio, and while sitting by the pool. We enjoyed the spa for a massage and the sauna. Our stay was on a Mon/Tues and we almost had the place to ourselves. Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tagaytay! "

"The hotel has a great view of Taal volcano and convenient to restaurants and easy to get around as it’s off the main highway. The rooms seems very thin as we heard the party that was going on in one of their ballroom and it was loud and we couldn’t sleep. The rooms were also outdated and can use an update but overall we would stay again for the amazing view of Taal volcano."

"Upon check-in, we need to wait for 25-30mins for the caretaker to give us the room key considering that we called them several times ton inform what time we’ll arrive. Upon check out, we need to wait for them again to give back the key since the inhouse staff in the building are not allowed to get the key.
