However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents.”
