โinside the hotel was perfect, everything was clean and staff was very nice. Outside of the hotel was okay, the day that we arrived was a little difficult to find somewhere to eat because my kids wanted pasta and the place down the streen at the convention center was closed. But other than that everything was great.โ
โRoom and hallways were and smelled very clean. Stayed at a corner high floor city view and room was extremely spacious and view was completely worth it!! Loved it! Only valet parking $60ish a night but there is a city parking lot right across and another garage next to hotel in which you can pay $30 a night. โ
โThe staff was wonderful. Super clean. Great value for the close proximity to downtown. A few blocks from the Buffalo Bayou running trail system. Not close to restaurants and only vending machines and frozen dinners at the hotel. Only $20 fee for gated parking.Overall, a great place.โ
โMy husband and I went here for my birthday, because of the lazy river. Everything about this trip was beautiful. Yes, we used the valet, and depending on the time of day, they can get really busy. For us, it was worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with our questions. At the pool area, we did not reserve a lounge area or seat, but there were plenty of places to sit. โThe place itself was great. Nice little bar inside and has snacks and coffee. Walking distance to so many place to eat and drink. The down side was construction in the front and valet parking is $50. There is a parking lot across the street to use that you can pay for 12 hours at a time for $16. Not bad during the day but may wanna avoid in the late evening. We had no issues with it though. โ
