“Unfortunately our stay was not as expected. The front counter staff was very unpersonable. Then we get to the room to shower and settle in after 17 hours in the car and there was mold in the shower. No one could connect to the internet not even on the hotels own tv. The breakfast room was cramped, very small and dirty every morning. The parking cost $100 on top of the stay and was difficult. We were booked for 5 days but left early because we could not relax once we returned to the room daily,...

“Rooms were dated and had a musty smell. There's no housekeeping unless you request for it the day before!! I requested for housekeeping on Day 2/3 and was rejected! When asked for clean towels, I have to go to lobby to retrieve. They couldn't deliver it!? Most of the staff was friendly. However the graveyard shift staff was NOT helpful when we complained about a partying noisy room next to us at 3am. He was very rude and said there's nothing he can do for us and said for us to call the police....
