Great location with several restaurants within walking distance! Clean, safe, breakfast had several healthy choices with fresh ground coffee. Zara, at the front desk, was especially helpful.

Good: All staff was kind and friendly, check in was easy. The beds were comfortable and I liked that they had 2 different styles of pillows for each person to choose from. Bad: Quite a few smears and smudges on the mirrors and the counter in the room was dirty, which made us question if the rest of the room was cleaned. The breakfast was sub par. Orange juice came out as mostly water, the bread was pretty stale, the sugar for the oatmeal was a solid block, and the trash can smelled quite bad, thinking it had not been changed in some time.

The overall property is very nice thanks to a recent remodel. The staff was all WONDERFUL. The rooms could use some things. One trash can is not sufficient. There needs to be one in the room and one in the bathroom. The lights are too dim. Even with all the lights on, it was not enough. There are ice machines, but there are no ice buckets in the room to get and hold ice in the room. There were no glasses or even plastic cups. That makes rinsing after brushing your teeth difficult.

Facility needs to invest in soundproof insulation between the rooms. I could hear the next door neighbors when they arrived in the evening, when they unzipped their suitcase, watched TV, and started snoring. Rooms and hotel property were in great condition and looked brand new. Staff were very friendly.

Room was spotless and very spacious! Staff were polite and courteous. Check in was easy and fast. Noise was a little louder than I’d like around 10pm but I have kids so I’m used to it. Breakfast was good, just wasn’t a big variety and condiments were missing. Overall though, we’d likely recommend!
