"This was our 3rd year in a row in Korea and we’ve stayed at Lotte World all 3 times! We always book the in suite laundry which is very convenient.
Breakfast is delicious and lots of variety however it was on the pricier end.
We had to make some adjustments to booking and Aesop Sung helped us out and the changes were smooth because of him. Excellent customer service and we will return again because of good staff like him that make our trip memorable! Thank you Aesop!!!!!"
"The hotel is nice and central surrounded by public transportation and only a 10 minute walk from tourist attractions and there is a convenience store attached to the store, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and offer a good view of the city, friendly staff, there are multiple restaurants inside the hotel which provide a nice variety of tasteful food,"
"Stayed at the GLAD Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large with excellent water pressure. The location was convenient with plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.
The main downside was the noise — kids running through the halls and doors slamming made it difficult to fully relax at times. Also, the “airport shuttle” is somewhat misleading. It’s actually a public city bus pickup located about 1.5 blocks from the hotel, not a dedicated hotel shuttle.
It was farther distance to many sites than I expected but Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with a few drawbacks."
