"Comfirtable and spacious room. Staff was friendly and excellent service provided. Dissapointed in breakfast buffet- very "average" quality food- not the same quality we received in other hotels in Italy, especially a bummer in the "food capitol" of Italy"

"I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. The hotel seemed a bit dated and perhaps had been refurbished from a smaller scale b&b before? Also slightly outrageous to charge €9 per day just for putting things in the mini fridge? However I liked the nice touches of welcome cards, turn down chocolates etc."

"Heater was not working. From desk controls the temperature.. still no heater. Night time in May is bit chilly at night. After several complaints, gave me small portable heater.. Breakfast was very good quality"
