"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. We purchased tickets for the day pass for Moody Gardens attractions which is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We will be staying again in the future. "

"They give a room when we got there it wasnt ready so i had to come back to front desk and wait to get it clean also i booked for 4 person and the room had only 1 king bed, about the pool it was full then i had to pay for a cabans they charge $380 for for half day nothing inluided i did not mentioned i psy more than $800 a night for that room and it was just a simple room..that is crazy"

"Dirty, stains on carpet/walks, hair and crumbs in bed. Employee vaping in elevator. Breakfast buffet service bad, items running out, trash over flowing, tables not cleaned etc. Would never stay here again."

"The old guy at the front is horrible. Customer service is horrible. The restroom dirt dirt all around the toilet brown rust."

"Did not feel safe at all. The bathroom was moldy and the door to the room would not shut or lock. We did not stay there. The staff was very nice."

"Extended parking was advertised at no charge to guests. I called to confirm since we would be on a cruise and they said we could park and no fee was ever mentioned. They also advertised a shuttle to the port which I confirmed on the phone. This was also misleading as it was a guy named Kevin you could call with Uber and pay. When we arrived, check in took a very long time. Got our room keys and upon entering the room found it to be occupied. This was around 12am so thank goodness they were not asleep. When back down to lobby and told the lady. She acted surprised and left the desk with a long line of people waiting. Others in line informed us she thought our room was occupied but did not try to tell us. When she returned several minutes later, we got a new room. Never an apology or any kind of offer to make up for the trouble. We will not be returning."
